Dann came home on Thursday the 23rd of August. Some of these pictures are of us at the airport waiting for his plane to come in. Jason, Kanien, Jon, Marcella and myself went to the airport. We had balloons and a couple signs. Marcella held the balloons for a picture but let them go. she wasn't sad like we thought she would be but laughed as she watched them fly away. Saturday the whole family was home and we had friends and family over for a get together/bbq. Mom and Dad Dougal came down from Idaho, Terry, Becky, Kaydee and Tanner came over and the Petersens, Wintertons, and Sam James and Paul. It was an enjoyable evening. On Tuesday afternoon we left for the cabin at Island Park. Dann Nathan and I rode up together. Kanien, Jon, Marcella and Jason went up earlier that morning. It was a nice and relaxful trip. We were there from Tuesday until Thursday evening when we left to come home. The guys went fishing, Kanien and I watched and Marcella played in the water. We went to the Big Springs by the cabin to look at the big fish. We went to Yellowstone and drove around Yellowstone and fished some. We ate dinner at Gushers in West Yellowstone. We tried to get some ice cream but it was closed. We got there too late. Jason was dying for their ice cream . We really appreciated being able to go to the cabin with Kanien and Jon. Then, on Friday, we loaded up a truck with all of Kanien/Jon/Marcella's stuff and on Saturday helped them move into their new apartment in Orem. I didn't take my camera with me to take any pictures of that. Our house is empty. We have tons of room and it's back to being just Dann, Jason and I. It will be awfully quiet. Nathan leaves on Monday for Colorado. he will be working with Alex. It's good to have Dann home again.

Relaxing at the cabin!

They are having a contest to see who can keep their feet in the longest. It is really cold water. Jon and Nathan agreed to both take their feet out at the same time because neither one was going to give up and let the other one win.

Man that sure was fun! I love being at the cabin, and it is great having Dad home. I just wish we still lived close.
